The mission of the Field Service Technician is to perform repair and preventive maintenance services, with documentation, for Sterile Processing Devices. This includes equipment such as autoclaves, washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, scope washers, and more. They are to ensure an excellent customer experience by using superior communication skills along with a proactive, positive attitude. The Technician will perform these services to comply with the policies and procedures of the customer/client and Atlantic Biomedical.
